WARRANTY POLICY

We sell used motorcycle parts. Some parts may have a warranty if specified

OEM Parts Warranty

Altho we do sell OEM used motorcycle parts. We do not carry the OEM manufacturer warranty policy. 

 Warranty Coverage

  • Defective parts that arrive damaged or fail during normal operation within the warranty period will be promptly replaced or refunded at no cost to you
  • Incorrect parts shipped due to our error will be exchanged for the correct item with free return shipping and no additional charges

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Parts damaged due to accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Labor costs for installation or removal
  • Parts modified or altered after purchase

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at admin@motorcyclesalvagesa.com with your order number and a description of the issue
  2. Provide photos of the defective part and its packaging
  3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund

Manufacturer Warranty Verification

Since all our parts are sourced from authorized dealers, you can verify warranty status directly with the manufacturer using the part number and proof of purchase we provide.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Motorcycle Salvage sells only genuine OEM used parts and stripped from motorcycles in accident damage or not accident damage.

Order Cancellations

  • Not yet in handling: full refund available
  • In handling stage: 25% of product cost retained, shipping fully refunded
  • Shipping cost increase: full refund if customer declines updated fees
  • Out of stock / backordered: full refund offered or alternative part.

Returns Accepted

  • Wrong part received: replacement at no extra cost (Motorcycle Salvage SA Parts error)
  • Damaged or defective item: contact immediately with photo/video evidence

Returns Not Accepted

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Part doesn’t fit (customer error or change of mind)
  • Order refused at delivery
  • ECU/ECM, sensors, switches, relays
  • Fuel pumps, injectors, pressure regulators
  • Brake pumps, actuators, shock absorbers
  • Wire harness, fuse boxes, ignition coils
  • Meters, displays, spark plugs, steering gears

Refund Methods

  • EFT direct bank payment.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.
